Treasuring- A visualization tool meant to help you create a daily life that excites you and aligns with the kind of life you aspire to.

You’ll be asked to script a moment from your envisioned ideal future and then accept it as reality. This vision when referenced daily will help propel you to aligned action. Then you’ll reflect on how to make this a reality.

Smart Goals- Is a process that takes your aspirations and breaks them down into manageable, clear goals.

You will be asked to identify one area of your life you’d like to improve, and to create an action that will support your vision. Your goal with follow the SMART method which means each goal must be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound.
