Tools outlined in this workbook:

Wheel of Balance- A visual representation of your satisfaction with key aspects of your relationship in the form of a pie chart.

You'll be asked to define each element of your relationship, rate your satisfaction with it both individually and as a couple, and then fill in your chart. You’ll use your current wheel as the basis for setting goals toward a more balanced future.

Treasuring- A visualization tool meant to help you create a daily life that excites you and aligns with the kind of partnership you aspire to.

You’ll be asked to script a moment from your envisioned ideal future and then accept it as reality. This vision when referenced daily will help propel you to aligned action. You’ll share this vision with your partner and reflect on how to make this a reality.

Smart Goals- Is a process that takes your aspirations and breaks them down into manageable, clear goals.

You will each be asked to identify one area of your relationship you’d like to improve, and to create an action that will support your mutual vision. Your goal with follow the SMART method which means each goal must be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound.
